Curzon has a Corporate Services culture and works closely with many leading companies on a business-to-business basis in the sourcing and supply of corporate housing for their Assignees & Transferees in Central London (including out to Heathrow & City Airports).

We supply both our own properties and multi-listed properties throughout the Capital - furnished & unfurnished - studio's, apartments, duplexes & houses.  Single & multiple units.

Curzon ensures that each property is correctly prepared for occupation (including professional inventory check-in's) and that deposits are correctly held.  We ensure that each tenancy agreement is correctly structured to the needs of each corporate client (for example we secure Tenant Break Options and Renewal Options where required).  Our service also includes the structuring of Premium Leases.

Additional Curzon support services available include "Meet & Greet" at port of arrival, arranging the hiring of rental furniture and organising weekly professional cleaning services (additional charges & disbursements may apply).
